Eligibility and outcomes


The Rharian Fields service is designed to deliver specialist secondary and tertiary services to both males and females from seventeen and a half years.

Outcome measures at Rharian Fields are based on the Quality of Life scale (QLS), Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE Q5) and Clinical Impairment Assessment (CIA) which are given at assessment and on discharge. These are audited on an on-going basis to ensure the quality of our service.

Beck depression inventory scores are also conducted at both the beginning and the end of treatment which are audited on an on-going basis.

Every person who is seen by Rharian Fields is asked to complete an eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q) on admission and discharge so that client rated outcomes can be measures.

The above chart shows the average EDE-Q score on admission and discharge.

A decrease in score shows an improvement.
